Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter with 2 6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting tools
- Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and suitability for open positions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful placements
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
Required Skills
- 2 6 years of experience in US IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
