US IT Recruiter (1–2 Years Experience)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time opportunities across the US market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment cycle for technical requirements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, internal databases, referrals, and job portals.
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, communication, experience, and visa status.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical interviews with clients.
• Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and full-time requirements.
• Negotiate pay rates and ensure successful onboarding of candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS regularly.
• Meet daily submissions, interview, and placement targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of US tax terms and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
• Experience working with ATS tools like JobDiva, or Ceipal
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
