Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience: Freshers / Entry-Level & Experienced Recruiters (1–3 Years)

Shift: Night Shift 07.00PM - 04.00 AM IST (US Shift) – Onsite

Please note: No Cab facility and should be comfortable working on night shifts

Location: Tychee Towers, Block 2, No. 1, 3rd Floor, Perungudi, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases

• Screen resumes and identify qualified IT professionals

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports

Requirements:

• Any Graduate (B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BA, etc.)

• Good communication skills in English

• Basic computer and internet proficiency

• Willingness to learn and grow in US IT Recruitment

• Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset
