Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and job specifications in detail.
  • Source candidates from job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • Screen candidates through telephonic and/or video interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate pay rates and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Maintain candidate and client databases using ATS or CRM tools.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on US immigration laws and hiring practices (H1B, GC, US Citizens, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 15 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of various IT technologies and job roles.
  • Familiarity with US work authorization types (H1B, GC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Experience working with VMS clients or direct clients is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).

Direct client and W2 experience is a must.

Cabs will be provided for pick up and drop.
