Job Description

  • At least 1-2 years of Staffing/Recruitment experience and understanding and ability to recruit in all levels.
  • Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Careerbuilder) / networking websites LinkedIn / Dice / Monster / References / Cold Calling / Job Advertisement
  • Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & Contract to Hire positions.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of IT positions and candidates.
  • Understand requirements directly from our team and our customers.
  • Have a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively
  • Any knowledge about SAP modules, Digital technologies is highly preferred
  • Must have excellent written & communication skills.
