Position: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad
Position Overview: We are seeking a driven, networked, and technically savvy IT Recruiter to own the full talent lifecycle for our recruiting clients. This is an onsite role where you will be responsible for filling US consulting positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for US IT roles, from initial intake and job description refinement to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilize advanced techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, and niche tech boards to build a sustainable pipeline of passive and active candidates for high-demand roles (Oracle ERP, Cybersecurity Analysts, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Developers, etc.).
- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (source of hire, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction). Provide regular reports to management and recruiting clients on search progress and outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years and maximum 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably within an IT Staffing Agency, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or a corporate tech environment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in filling a variety of IT roles, from infrastructure and support to development and cybersecurity. Must be able to provide examples of successful placements.
- Technical Aptitude: Must possess a strong understanding of common IT roles, required skill sets, and certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS). Ability to have informed conversations with technical candidates and hiring managers.
- Tools Proficiency: High proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other sourcing databases. Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a dual-focus pipeline, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
