Job Description:

We are looking for a mid to senior level US IT Recruiter who is a fluent English speaker and eager to learn recruitment processes. Candidates having 5 or more years with strong communication skills looking to grow in the IT staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for various IT roles.
  
• Assist in interview coordination and candidate engagement.
  
• Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain candidate databases.
  
• Learn and adapt to recruitment best practices and tools.
  
• Work closely with senior recruiters to understand client needs.
  
  

Requirements:

• Candidates with 5-8 years of experience.
  
• Candidates with extensive experience in sourcing/placing on W2 tax term
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced recruitment environment.
  
• Basic understanding of IT recruitment is a plus.
