Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the US recruitment process, visa types, and various hiring models like W2, C2C, and 1099.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
- Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines
- Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate closure
- Work on different tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment
- Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.)
- Experience working with job portals and Boolean search techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BSc, BTech, or related field)
- 05 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
