US IT Recruiter

Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, JNTU Road, KPHB III Phase, Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM (US Shift)

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the US recruitment process, visa types, and various hiring models like W2, C2C, and 1099.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other networking platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements
• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines
• Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate closure
• Work on different tax terms: W2, C2C, and 1099

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of US IT recruitment
• Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.)
• Experience working with job portals and Boolean search techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc, BTech, or related field)
• 0–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
