Job Description
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
- Client Experience: Expertise in handling implementation projects with clients.
- Recruitment Skills:
- Proficient in sourcing and screening resumes from various job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Expertise in hiring candidates for C2C (contract) roles.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of technical terminologies, technologies, and skills relevant to IT roles (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, SAP, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and clients.
- US Market Knowledge:
- Understanding of US employment types, tax terms
- Familiarity with time zones and work culture in the US.
- Client Coordination: Ability to liaise with implementation partners to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Performance Metrics:
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Expertise in building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
Work Timings: Willingness to work in US time zones.
