• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Work on Contract, C2H, and Full-Time requirements.
• Source candidates through:
o LinkedIn Recruiter
o Dice
o Monster
o CareerBuilder
o Internal database
o Networking and referrals
• Screen candidates technically and validate resumes.
• Conduct initial HR and technical screening calls.
• Understand client requirements and submit suitable profiles quickly.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and consultants.
• Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and salary packages.
• Work with Direct Clients, MSP, and Implementation Partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and account managers.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team targets.
