• Coordinate interviews with clients and consultants.
• Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and salary packages.
• Work with Direct Clients, MSP, and Implementation Partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and account managers.
• Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and documentation.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team targets.
