We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end US recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment activities.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and references.
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Understand technical requirements and submit suitable profiles within deadlines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate rates and manage offer closures.
• Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Good understanding of US visa types, tax terms, and employment models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Experience working with direct clients and implementation partners is preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office – No Remote Option)
