Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and managing travels for clients, booking travel arrangements including tickets and accommodations, and coordinating itineraries. The role also involves providing customer service support, processing reservations, and addressing client inquiries to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and handling Travel Arrangements
• Proficiency in Customer Service and managing Reservations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to interact with clients effectively
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and systems is advantageous
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in managing unforeseen travel changes
