Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tourism Sales Executive who can promote and sell travel packages, generate new leads, and provide excellent travel consultation to clients. The candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international destinations and strong sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand client travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for bookings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
- Manage CRM records and follow up with leads.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of tour packages and travel destinations
- Sales and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and client queries
- Basic knowledge of GDS / travel booking systems (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience in travel agency / tour operator sales preferred
