Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Multi Destinations Expert, Travel Consultant, and Sales Executive, based in Noida, India, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing exceptional travel consulting services, managing and booking travel arrangements, curating tailored itineraries, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating flights, accommodations, tours, and on-ground support, while building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and planning Travel Arrangements
• Expertise in Customer Service and handling Reservations for clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients and collaborate with vendors
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time and tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with travel booking software, tools, and industry trends is a plus
• Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry or a related field, with a passion for creating memorable travel experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
