Counselling Trainee (Remote Freshers & Career Switchers Welcome)

We're expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as a Counselling

Trainee. This is a 100% remote role.

This opportunity is perfect for freshers or professionals from non-sales backgrounds looking to build a career in counselling. Please note that we are not hiring experienced sales professionals for this position we're looking for fresh energy and a willingness to learn. You'll be responsible for working with warm leads, engaging with decision makers, and doing persistent follow-ups to help guide prospects through our Courses. This is not a cold calling role, but it does require strong communication and a consistent outreach mindset.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.

- Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively.

- Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.

Compensation, Perks & Training :

- Training Period: 45-90 days (online) > Stipend during training: 10,000 INR + Upto 15k Incentives from week #3

- Post-Training: Upon successful completion > Full-time Salary: 40,000 INR per month + Upto 25k Incentives
