Job Description:
Designation: Marketing Trainee
Reporting to: Director Engineering
Location: Bangalore, Full Time One year training period (Absorption as full time employment is dependent upon candidate's one year performance)
Qualification: A Master's degree in Business Management, Journalism or Business Administration with marketing as a specialization after an engineering degree.
Degree/ Certificates in Communication Management, Digital Marketing, Market research or website development/optimization are added advantage.
Experience: 0-1 Years of experience in the relevant field
Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern with a can-do attitude to assist our organization to execute various Market research programs within domains such as Retail, Transportation, Industrial, Food & Beverage, etc. This role will also assist the leadership team including HR function to develop various marketing programs for our organization to increase brand awareness within the talent market. manage and oversee all aspects of a marketing campaign to effectively promote our brand. This resource will handle marketing campaigns, monitor and evaluate online media campaigns, stay within budget, stay aligned with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world. In a way, one will learn on the job and become a marketing wizard.
Your creativity, Analysis and marketing skills, and vision will assist our organization in amplifying brand visibility, enhancing its digital presence, and improving our organizations growth through market research.
Key Responsibilities / Functions:
Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEngineering degree + Masters with Marketing as specialization
Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google AdWords) is an added advantage
Knowledge of SEO/SEM campaigns.
Ability to identify target audiences and devise effective campaigns

Execute various marketing strategies
Manage and maintain the company s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms
Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc
Manage social media marketing campaigns (For internal and external customers)
Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, especially in Google Social Media like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc,)
Manage SEO campaigns
Conduct research on market trends, brand s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
