Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Trainee - Presales Executive located in Gurugram. The position requires building and maintaining effective communication with potential and existing clients to address their requirements, as well as offering top-notch pre-sales support.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for effective client interactions
• Background in Sales with a focus on pre-sales processes (not mandatory)
• Customer Service skills to address and cater to client needs
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM tools and technologies is an advantage
