Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Gurgaon. The Telesales Specialist will focus on engaging with potential students and professionals to inform and guide them about Unishala's academic programs. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, initiating outbound sales calls, building relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining customer records, resolving queries, and actively supporting lead conversion through persuasive communication and rapport building.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to build relationships and encourage engagement
  • Experience in Sales and lead generation to meet or exceed targets
  • Ability to train and assist clients to navigate solutions effectively
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any domain; additional certifications in sales or communication are advantageous
  • Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is a plus
