Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karol Bagh for a Telesales Specialist. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, addressing customer questions and concerns, and closing sales. You will also be expected to deliver excellent customer support, assist clients in resolving issues, and contribute to team sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for building rapport and negotiating effectively with clients
• Experience in Sales, including telesales or call-center sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Willingness and capability to participate in ongoing Training and skill development
• Proficiency in working collaboratively within a team environment, coupled with a results-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in related roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer support are advantageous
