Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive responsible for converting
provided leads into customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills,
strong convincing ability, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
•Handle outbound /Inbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
•Explain products/services and generate customer interest.
•Convert leads into successful sales closures.
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
•Follow up with interested leads to ensure conversion.
•Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and sales in CRM.
•Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Key Skills Required:
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
•Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
•Result-driven with a sales-oriented approach.
•Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
•Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
•0–3 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (Freshers with good communication can
apply).
