Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Telesales Specialist based in New Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will connect with potential clients to promote services, share detailed information about offerings, and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, the role involves resolving client inquiries and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address queries and build long-term client relationships
Strong Communication skills to engage with clients effectively via phone and email
Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet targets with a results-driven approach
Experience in Training to contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining detailed records
Knowledge of the cultural nuances and family dynamics of Indian communities is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
