Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in South Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote travel services, convert leads into bookings, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include conducting product/service consultations, maintaining customer records, addressing inquiries, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective conversations with clients.
- Proven Sales skills, with the ability to convert leads into bookings and meet targets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt through Training on products and services.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology to manage client interactions is a plus.
- Experience in the travel industry or a customer-focused role is preferred.
- A results-driven attitude with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
