Telesales Specialist

This is a full-time remote role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential clients via phone, answering inquiries, building relationships, and promoting the company's services. Additional responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves training clients on service processes and maintaining accurate sales records to improve outreach strategies.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Sales and lead generation
• Ability to provide effective client Training and help with onboarding processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
• Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
• Prior experience in consultancy or digital infrastructure industries is advantageous
