Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, present Ion Detective Agency's services, and convert leads into confirmed inquiries or appointments. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, explaining suitable investigation solutions, handling objections, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or call logs. The role involves coordinating with the investigation and operations teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and timely follow-ups. The Telesales Specialist will also contribute to sales targets, participate in periodic training sessions, and share feedback from clients to help refine sales scripts and service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Proven Sales experience, preferably in telesales or inside sales, with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, manage objections, and build trust with potential clients.
  • Ability to participate in and apply Training, including learning sales scripts, processes, and product knowledge quickly.
  • Comfort working with confidential and sensitive information, with a high level of integrity and discretion.
  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with CRM tools, call logs, and email communication.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Prior experience in services, security, or investigation-related industries is an advantage.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any discipline is a plus.
