DAMAC is looking for a dynamic Wealth Advisor – Telesales to drive recurring sales through proactive outbound calling and lead conversion. This role is ideal for high‑energy sales professionals who thrive in a target‑driven environment and excel at customer engagement over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and close sales through cold calling and lead follow‑ups.
Adhere to dialer KPIs, scripts, and calling standards.
Maintain strong product knowledge and promote ongoing offers.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Deliver a customer‑centric sales experience while following company policies.
Requirements:
Telecalling or telesales experience (International Outbound Experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in at least two languages
Ability to work with scripts naturally and handle objections calmly
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
