Job Description

Job Summary:

The Tele Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, promoting company products/services, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Handling & Calling

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided database
  • Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
  • Convince and close sales over the phone
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

3. Follow-up & Relationship Management

  • Follow up on leads and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper call records and customer details in CRM
  • Build long-term customer relationships

4. Customer Support

  • Answer customer queries regarding products, services, pricing, and policies
  • Handle objections and complaints professionally
  • Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Update call status, outcomes, and remarks in system daily
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports
  • Track lead conversion and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma holder (Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • 03 years experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, email)
