Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, promoting and selling services and products, maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing excellent support. Other tasks include achieving sales targets, managing customer databases, and collaborating with the sales team to improve overall performance.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries and provide excellent client interactions
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers
• Sales expertise to meet targets and effectively sell services or products
• Ability to adapt and willingness to undergo Training to improve skills and understand company services
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
• Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage
