Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Chennai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone calls, presenting product information, addressing queries, and assisting in closing sales. The role also includes maintaining records, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Training new team members may also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Experience in providing Training and mentoring is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
