Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Specialist role based in Chennai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate customer records, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and providing necessary training or guidance as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proven Sales and lead generation experience with an ability to achieve targets.
- Capability to provide Training and product knowledge to customers as needed.
- Problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach to sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
