Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telesales Executive in Mumbai. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients via phone to promote the company's property consultancy services. The Telesales Executive will identify leads, provide exceptional customer support, answer client queries, manage client relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Support skills to effectively interact with clients and handle inquiries
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales to identify potential clients and achieve sales targets
  • Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, with a result-oriented approach
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is desirable
