Overview
VITS Kamats Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive to manage membership sales, customer engagement, and relationship management. The role involves driving membership conversions, handling guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience and maintain the reports and Data management .
Core Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and achieve conversion targets
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
Job Responsibilities
- Handle guest calls and respond to membership-related queries
- Promote and sell VITS membership programs
- Maintain accurate records and reports of membership data
- Coordinate with internal teams for membership benefits and services
- Manage post-sales relationship with members and ensure retention
- Assist in planning and execution of membership-related initiatives
- Work closely with other departments for smooth operations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (hotel / credit card / membership sales preferred)
- Male or Female candidates can apply
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi preferred
