Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Reporting To: CRM Manager

Overview

VITS Kamats Group is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Executive to manage membership sales, customer engagement, and relationship management. The role involves driving membership conversions, handling guest interactions, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience and maintain the reports and Data management .

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive membership sales and achieve conversion targets
  • Generate leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle guest calls and respond to membership-related queries
  • Promote and sell VITS membership programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of membership data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for membership benefits and services
  • Manage post-sales relationship with members and ensure retention
  • Assist in planning and execution of membership-related initiatives
  • Work closely with other departments for smooth operations

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales (hotel / credit card / membership sales preferred)
  • Male or Female candidates can apply
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi preferred
  • HSC Minimum
