Job Description

Job Description - Telesales Executive (Outbound Voice Process)

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to make outbound domestic calls, sell health insurance policies, and deliver quality service as per company standards.

  • Location: Vashi, Mumbai
  • Salary: Up to 2.79 LPA

For Experience

  • In-hand: 27,000/month
  • CTC: 31,000
  • For Fresher:
  • In-hand: upto 16k/month

Additional Perk: Unlimited Incentives ( Based on target achievement and performance)

  • Working Days: 5 days a week, Rotational Day Shifts
  • Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales/ telesales (experience letter mandatory)
  • Education: Graduation mandatory
  • Freshers can also apply for this role
