Telecaller

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential students, answering inquiries about courses, providing detailed course information, recording customer feedback, and maintaining accurate communication records. They will also handle outbound and inbound calls to ensure a seamless experience for potential learners and help achieve enrollment targets by effectively conveying the benefits of classes offered by WinQuest Online.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant certification or degree can be a plus
