Telecaller Executive

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Telecaller Executive. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and managing customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. This role involves working closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
