Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Telecaller based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include contacting customers to remind them about outstanding payments, negotiating repayment terms, maintaining accurate records of all communications, and handling customer queries professionally. The role also involves updating payment statuses and coordinating with the collections team to ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for clear and empathetic client interaction
- Negotiation and persuasion skills paired with problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of financial products and processes related to loan collections
- Proficiency in handling records and documentation with attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools and telecalling software is an advantage
