Telecaller

Location: Kandivali East

Department: Admissions / Outreach

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our admissions team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and parents, providing information about our programs, and helping generate interest and leads for enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead lists

Explain course details, admission process, fees, and scholarship options clearly and confidently

Handle inbound queries and provide prompt, accurate information

Follow up with interested leads regularly to ensure high conversion rates

Record call outcomes and maintain detailed records in CRM or call logs

Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to schedule follow-up sessions

Share feedback from calls to improve outreach strategies

Meet daily and weekly call targets and reporting expectations

Requirements:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass); a graduate degree is preferred

12 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in education or customer service

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or Marathi, if needed)

Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, or lead management software

Ability to handle pressure, objections, and follow call scripts when needed

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

Experience in calling for educational institutions, coaching centres, or training programs

  • Understanding of student behaviour and basic counselling etiquette
