Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information about offerings.
- Generate and qualify leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team where applicable.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- Assist in database management and maintaining customer contact lists.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or lead generation.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
