Job Description

  • This job plays an important role of reaching out to prospective clients who want to start new dairy farms or those who have problems in their existing dairy farms.
  • The purpose is aligned with the overall goal of the company which is to improve the income of dairy farmers by helping them implement scientific management practices in their farms.
  • Your job as a Tele Sales Executive is to make outbound calls to prospective clients, understand their needs and sell our services.
  • Use the CRM and send communication material to prospects Educate prospective customers about importance of scientific management practices through tele calling
  • Make presentations to farmer groups through online webinars
  • Generate leads for live sessions on dairy entrepreneurship
  • Convert incoming leads into sales as per target set by the company
  • Update the database of customers using the CRM
  • Any other responsibility related to D2C tele sales
