Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics, and hospitals to introduce Docterz products.
Explain product features clearly and confidently to generate interest.
Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and build positive customer rapport.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure conversion to demos.
Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and follow-up details.
Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product information.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi).
Ability to handle rejection and work under target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up abilities.
