Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students/leads.
  • Handle inbound enquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Explain products, services, courses, or offerings clearly.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM/Excel.
  • Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or meetings where required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language(s).
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
  • Ability to convince and build rapport with customers.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
