Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining the features and benefits of NoBrokerHood's offerings, and helping societies understand how the platform can streamline their operations. Telecallers will also collect customer feedback, address queries, and escalate issues where necessary. Maintaining an organized record of customer interactions and collaborative communication with internal teams will be integral to daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Proficiency in telecalling, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools or call center software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English & Hindi or Tamil is compulsory
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferable.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
