Telecaller

Advance-e-Dent is an innovative initiative by Advance Group and Advance Dental Hospital located in Nagpur, India, established in 1979 by Dr. Harish Rathi. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, for a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibilities will include contacting potential clients, answering phone inquiries, maintaining customer records, and presenting services in a professional manner. You will also provide accurate information on dental services, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Collaborating with other team members to meet client needs and achieve goals will be a vital part of your role.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a professional phone presence
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer usage and familiarity with CRM tools
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in additional local languages is preferred
