Role Objective
The Site Visit Scheduling Expert is responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed site visits. This role acts as the critical first point of professional contact, educating potential buyers on the unique financial benefits of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement: Promptly contact leads generated through digital marketing and databases to introduce BLR Realty's anchor projects.
Consultative Qualifying: Move beyond basic data collection to understand a prospect's current housing situation (renting vs. owning) and workplace location.
The Pivot Pitch: Expertly handle objections regarding location and price by highlighting the USPs of the project and financial savings of it.
Logistics Coordination: Schedule and confirm site visits, including the coordination of builder-provided cab pickups for the customers.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and updated tracker of all interactions, ensuring no lead is left without a follow-up.
Appointment Nurturing: Send professional WhatsApp confirmations, location pins, and reminder calls to ensure high show-up rates on weekends.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 2-4 years in tele-sales, pre-sales, (Real Estate experience is preferred)
Communication: Highly fluent in English and Kannada. Proficiency in Hindi is a strong advantage.
Persuasion Skills: Ability to explain complex financial schemes (like Subvention/No Pre-EMI) in simple, enticing terms.
Technical Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
Resilience: A positive attitude toward handling rejections and the persistence to follow up with Warm leads.
Work Schedule
Standard Week: 6 days a week.
Weekend Focus: Saturday and Sunday are the most critical days for coordinating arrivals; mid-week days are focused on heavy dialing and nurturing.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: 3L Per Annum
Performance Incentives: Clear, volume-based incentives for every conducted site visit and additional bonuses for final closures.
Tools provided: Access to lead management software and premium database sets and live campaigns leads.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this Role:
Lead-to-Visit Ratio: What percentage of called leads actually reach the site
Show-up Rate: Ensuring that people who promise to come actually arrive (using the Cab coordination).
Data Accuracy: Keeping the remarks section updated so the Sales team onsite knows exactly what the customer's mindset is before they visit the site.
