This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Khed. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products and services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information. Additionally, the role will involve responding to customer complaints, resolving issues efficiently, and achieving monthly performance targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls, and resolve customer queries effectively
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
• Capability to adapt to customer needs and handle objections during conversations
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Educational qualification of at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
