Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing clients through phone calls to promote and provide information about the company's financial products and services. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, explaining loan options and benefits, scheduling follow-up calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and assisting clients in the application process.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and CRM tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
- Strong team collaboration and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or other regional languages
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent education; bachelor's degree preferred
