Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers or students, explaining our services or programs, and generating leads or admissions through effective communication. The role requires excellent verbal communication skills, patience, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads, students, or clients to explain company services or programs.
  • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to callers.
  • Maintain follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads into enrollments or sales.
  • Record customer information, feedback, and outcomes accurately in the database or CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while dealing with clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Proven experience as a Tele caller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role preferred (freshers may also apply).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
  • Good listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets)
