We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in Thiruporur.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
• Explain various engineering courses, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Follow up regularly on leads through calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintain and update reports on daily calls, inquiries, and admissions progress.
• Handle incoming calls and resolve queries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about fees, scholarships, placements, and facilities.
• Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to meet monthly admission targets.
• Convince undecided students by addressing concerns and highlighting college strengths.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and communication etiquette.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language).
• Strong persuasive skills to convert leads into sales.
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
