Role & Responsibilities

Upselling:

• Engage with existing clients to promote and sell additional products/services.
• Understand customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily sales targets.

Debt Collection:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
• Implement effective collection strategies for assigned accounts.
• Handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
