Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to NBFCs, fintech companies, and lending institutions
- Introduce Graviton's LOS, LMS & BRE solutions to potential clients
- Identify key decision-makers (Credit Head, Ops Head, IT Head)
- Qualify leads based on business requirements
- Schedule product demos/meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate data in CRM (HubSpot)
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Maintain daily call logs and performance reports
