About the Role

Raptbot Technologies is seeking a high-energy HR & Marketing Executive who thrives in a multi-functional environment. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who excels at Talent Acquisition but also has a flair for Digital Marketing and Business Operations. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our team and enhancing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources & Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social platforms.
  • Technical Hiring: Lead recruitment drives for IT roles, with a specific focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Oversee seamless onboarding, documentation, attendance management, and HR record-keeping.
  • Culture & Engagement: Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain a vibrant work culture.

2. Marketing & Employer Branding

  • Content Strategy: Draft and post compelling job ads, Life at Raptbot updates, and company newsletters.
  • Brand Outreach: Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to build a strong employer brand.
  • Digital Campaigns: Assist in LinkedIn outreach and email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and talent attraction.
  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on social media engagement and recruitment marketing performance.

3. Business Operations & Sales Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Sales Enablement: Assist in lead generation support and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • CEO Assistance: Support leadership with document preparation (MSAs, NDAs, Proposals) and scheduling.
  • Research: Conduct basic market research on industry trends and competitors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Experience: 24 years in HR Operations or Recruitment (IT/Software industry experience is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skillsmust be comfortable drafting professional emails and marketing copy.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with Canva, CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot), or Email Marketing tools is a significant advantage.
  • Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
